Purpose Of The Role

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, check and confirm all pickslips timely and in accordance to SOPs and WIs to ensure quality service.
• Pack and dispatch all confirmed invoices timely and in accordance to SOPs and WIs to ensure quality service.
• Escalate any discrepancies discovered during picking or checking to superiors for advice to ensure discrepancies are resolved appropriately and timely.
• Work together as a team to ensure warehouse team’s KPIs are achieved consistently.
• Operate cold chain picking and packing activities in the cold room to ensure compliance to Cold Chain Management SOP & WI. (Cold Chain Team on duty) for quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse including the cold room and freezers to ensure clean and safe working space.
• Execute other warehouse tasks as assigned by superiors when required to ensure efficient operation in the warehouse and achievement of team’s KPIs.
