Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Accuracy Checking
• Station at assigned warehouses to conduct stock verification activities.
• Scan and verify items collected by warehouse teams before packing and dispatch.
• Identify, investigate, and report any discrepancies during stock checking.
• Ensure all scanning and verification processes are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Store Closure Stock Displacement (Team B)
• Open and process cartons received from store closure operations.
• Scan and accurately record carton numbers, SKUs, and quantities.
• Assist in sorting, organizing, and preparing stocks for transfer to receiving stores.
• Ensure proper handling and arrangement of inventory throughout the operation.
• Operational Support
• Maintain accurate inventory scanning and tracking records.
• Adhere to inventory control SOPs, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide support for ad hoc warehouse and inventory-related operational activities as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum basic knowledge of inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Able to operate handheld scanning devices.
• Physically fit and capable of handling carton movement and warehouse-related tasks.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with accuracy.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to be stationed at assigned warehouse locations when required.
