Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, service quality, and continuous improvement across all logistics activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and storage activities

• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and regular stock reconciliation

• Supervise warehouse staff, maintain discipline, and ensure productivity targets are met

• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet delivery timelines

• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency

• Implement and enforce safety, security, and operational procedures

• Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards

• Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of warehouse operations experience , with supervisory responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage
