About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and industry-experienced 3D Animation Trainer to deliver hands-on training under a SKM-based program. The trainer will be responsible for teaching practical 3D modelling and animation skills aligned with industry standards, preparing trainees for employment in animation, games, film, and digital media industries.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured TVET-based training in 3D animation and related disciplines

Teach practical skills in modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering

Guide trainees through real-world projects and portfolio development

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments in line with curriculum/NOSS

Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

Ensure training outcomes meet industry and certification standards

Maintain training equipment, software, and lab readiness

Support trainees in career readiness and industry exposure

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in 3D Animation, Multimedia, Game Art, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience in animation, games, or VFX

Strong knowledge of industry tools such as:

Maya

Blender / Unreal Engine / Unity (advantage)

Experience in teaching, coaching, or training (TVET experience preferred)

Familiarity with TVET / NOSS / JPK / HRD Corp framework is an advantage

Good communication skills and passion for mentoring students

Added Advantage

Certified TVET Trainer (VTO / SKM Level 3–5)

Industry portfolio or published projects

Experience working with students or fresh graduates
