They build games over multiple platforms, primarily focused on PC (Unreal Engine). Their flagship IP Eximius : Seize the Frontline is a full serviced multiplayer 5v5 FPS/RTS hybrid squad based combat game, launched 2021 on both Steam, then the Epic Games Store. They provide full cycle, co-development, consulting, and virtual production support to our external partners. Today they are a team of forty-five full-time internal developers and growing.

What They Do
- Games IP Development => Producing and creating game assets that are available for sharing or selling through innovative technology.
- Tech Consulting => Their focus in consulting strives to engage their partners and clients in a continuous learning process so they can continue to grow independent of them.
- External Work => They are a full solution provider that provides their expertise in end-to-end development to our clients.
- Work with Art Director and Game Director to understand the animation objectives and maintain style of the game.
- Create high quality 3D animations for humans, creatures, and machines to be used in-game.
- Design custom control rigs, skeleton, and rig skinning.
- R&D relevant technologies and best practices to support animation pipelines.
- Prototype new features with designers and programmers.
- Maintain your animation through iterations, polishing, and bug fixing.
- Proficient with Autodesk Maya.
- Good Problem Solving skills.
- Good understanding of fundamentals and principles of animation, body mechanics, and staging.
- Good understanding of game development processes, mechanics and limitations.
- Great observational, communication skills, and being able to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to meet delivery dates and work with minimal supervision.
- Game engine experience with Unreal Engine.
- Basic skills in 3D asset creation.
- Good with Autodesk 3ds Max or Blender.
