職責：

  • 處理全套帳目並準備每月報告。
  • 負責日常會計活動和交易－發票、帳單、付款憑證、日記帳、對帳等。
  • 協助確保電子發票的順利實施
  • 準備現金流預測和財務功能。
  • 準備 SST 報告和提交。
  • 確保財務報表符合適用會計準則的準確性。
  • 協助和監督辦公室管理，包括支援 QMS 實施。
  • 與銀行家、審計師、稅務代理和公司秘書聯絡。
  • 承擔管理層指派的任何其他臨時任務或職責。


要求：

  • 熟悉 AUTOCOUNT 軟體（附加優點）
  • 候選人必須至少擁有金融/會計/銀行或同等專業的文憑/高級學位/高等學位。
  • 所需語言：英語和馬來語。
  • 2-3年工作經驗。
  • 熟練 Microsoft Excel 和 Word。
  • 能夠在最低限度的監督下獨立工作，積極主動，負責任
  • 具有良好的分析能力和解決問題的能力
  • 能夠立即開始工作的人將獲得優先考慮。
