Position Title: Account & Admin Executive

Location: 47301, Petaling Jaya

Tenure: Permanent role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, including account reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring service reports, monthly service schedules, quotations, agreements, and invoices.
  • Support financial planning and analysis by providing accurate data and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and office procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and communication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as file management, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Help in administration tasks.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Carry out additional assignments as required.


Requirements

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
  • A background in account auditing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (SAP).
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as it is beneficial for liaising with certain suppliers and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
