Position Title: Account & Admin Executive
Location: 47301, Petaling Jaya
Tenure: Permanent role

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, including account reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring service reports, monthly service schedules, quotations, agreements, and invoices.
- Support financial planning and analysis by providing accurate data and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and office procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as file management, scanning, and photocopying.
- Help in administration tasks.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Carry out additional assignments as required.
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- A background in account auditing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (SAP).
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as it is beneficial for liaising with certain suppliers and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
