Job Responsibility
- To handle full set of accounts
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
- To submit management report as per dateline.
- To assists superior as when required.
- Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements.
- Calculates rates paid for purchases and all price extensions.
- Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the vendor and/or other employees.
- Enters, updates, and/or retrieves accounting data from automated systems.
- Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting system, according to instructions.
- Retrieves system reports.
- Disburses funds using manual/local warrants or petty cash and makes change according to specific instructions.
- Handle GST and tax submission.
- Presentation monthly account status.
- Assist in monthly or yearly accounts closing and reporting
- Minimum of 3 years experiences in Accountancy
- Possess own transport.
- Able to manage high workload.
- Good in Communication, Leadership, and Management Skills.
- Expert in handling MYOB, GST submission, and Full Set Company Account.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and apply skills; and to train and develop staff.
- Proactive person.
- KWSP, SOCSO, Bonus, Medical
