Jobs Responsibilities
Accounting Support: Assist the accounting team in maintaining financial records, including data entry,
invoice processing, and payment tracking. Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and
forecasting activities.
Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with the shipping department to arrange transportation and delivery
of goods. Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading, customs forms, and export/import
documentation.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to shipping and financial transactions.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including filing documents, organizing
records, and maintaining databases.
Carry out duties and assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.
Jobs Requirement
Minimum Diploma in accounting /Professional Certificate in any discipline qualification.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office –Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point.
