Jobs Responsibilities

 Accounting Support: Assist the accounting team in maintaining financial records, including data entry,

invoice processing, and payment tracking. Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and

forecasting activities.

 Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with the shipping department to arrange transportation and delivery

of goods. Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading, customs forms, and export/import

documentation.

 Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to shipping and financial transactions.

 Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including filing documents, organizing

records, and maintaining databases.

 Carry out duties and assignments as assigned by the management from time to time.

Jobs Requirement

 Minimum Diploma in accounting /Professional Certificate in any discipline qualification.

 At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.

 Computer literate with Microsoft Office –Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point.
