ACCOUNT ASSISTANT CUM ADMIN (1 Position needed)

• FAST LEARNER, SENSITIVE WITH NUMBERING AND CALCUTATION, EASY ADAPT TO NEW ENVIRONMENT, EXPERT IN USING MICROSOFT EXCEL/WORD/OFFICE, OUTLOOK MAIL, GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT, GOOD RESULT IN ENGLISH GRAMMAR, AND OTHER COMPUTER SKILL THAT YOU HAVE.

JOB SCOPE

• Prepare, Verifying, Filling & Maintaining purchase order, payment voucher , Invoice and issue Cheque for payment to suppliers, etc.
• Monitor monthly utilities records and make payments accordingly, etc.
• Prepare monthly crew payroll, sub-con contract & loan agreement for sub-con crews.
• To book flight ticket, accommodation and for crews, etc.
• To monitor company inventory records, etc.
• To keep records of road tax and insurance of company vehicles updated and make payments accordingly, etc.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior when needed.

Requirement:
-Skill-full in QNE & SQL Software is an added advantage.
-Diploma / Degree level in Accounting.
- Fast leaner, Adapt to new environment fast, Responsible and Trustworthy, multitasker and able to work under pressure.
- Able to start work immediately or within short period of notice.
