Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable to handle AP data entry, month end closing and monthly management report.
- Prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
- Monitor bank balance, cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies’ accounts with compliance to governing standards and regulations.
- Timely follow up with the auditor to ensure the audit report is completed within timelines.
- Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
- Assist on matters dealing with company secretary, auditor, tax agent.
- Prepare reports as required by the superior.
- To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Job Requirement:
- Possess minimum Diploma in accounting/ finance.
- 2 year of working experience in related fields.
- Able to work independence with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Update words and excel.
- Pleasant personality, punctual, hardworking and responsibility.
- Willing to work in 5.5 day work week.
- Willing to be based at Tebrau III.
