We are a well-established accounting firm looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team, support our growing portfolio of clients from various industries.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary financial information
- Perform accurate data entry into accounting software (Xero, SQL)
- Prepare full set of accounts and complete monthly closings
- Compute payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, EIS, SOCSO, HRDC, PCB)
- Assist in SST preparation and submission
- Support clients' needs and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle feedback and resolve client issues effectively
- Coordinate with company secretaries, auditors, and tax agents
- Manage workload independently to meet deadlines
- Report to senior executives or managers
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Currently pursuing ACCA, CPA, CIMA is an advantage
- Candidates with 2 to 5 years' experience in accounting firm will be prioritized
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience in Xero / SQL Accounting software is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior position.
