• Prepare accurate financial reports, maintain records, and provide insights into cash flow, budgets, and profitability.
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets to avoid overruns and suggest adjustments.

(2) Invoice and Payment Management
Issue, track, and process invoices and payments while resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely transactions.

(3) Approval Support and Documentation
Present financial summaries with context for approvals and maintain organized, compliant financial records for audits.

(4) Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication
Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing clear financial updates and actionable recommendations.

(5) Process Improvement and Problem-Solving
Enhance financial workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and proactively address challenges with creative solutions Requirements (1) Educational and Technical Proficiency

• A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with expertise in accounting software (e.g., Core Matter) and spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of financial practices specific to law firms, including client trust accounting and compliance with legal billing standards.

(2) Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong data analysis abilities, trend identification, and creative problem-solving to address financial challenges unique to the legal sector.

(3) Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Clear and concise communication for internal teams, clients, and vendors, with a focus on presenting financial data effectively to legal professionals who may not have financial expertise.

(4) Organizational and Detail Orientation
Meticulous attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and effective management of multiple deadlines, ensuring alignment with law firm standards and regulations.

(5) Proactive and Adaptable Mindset
Initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, provide strategic financial insights, and adapt to the dynamic priorities of a law firm environment.
