Job Responsibility

  • Reconcile variety of accounting documents such as invoices, employee claims, cash receipts, customer statements and journal vouchers.
  • Provide support in general administration & financial functions such as stock take, commission schedule, Aging report etc.
  • Manage day to day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables functions.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
  • Personal assistance to Director.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance.
  • Minimum 1 years' working experience in Accounting field. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate, knowledge of AUTOCOUNT system will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills with internal & external entity.
  • Willing to be multi-tasking and traveling.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision, pleasant personality, independently as well as a team.
