Job Responsibility
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the team in reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Regularly reconcile and ensure consistency between vendor orders and records in the internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of inventory adjustments.
- Payroll â checking, data entry and paying out of salaries on time.
- To assist in managing staff insurance.
- Employee performance reviews.
- Performs all admin tasks and other duties as assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Language: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel and Word).
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle daily employee issues and needs, adept at communication and problem-solving.
- Salary (Based on working experience in Account Cum Admin Executive or related field).
