Account cum Administrative Assistant

• Has a basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management and filing.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, claims, billings and receipts.
• Liaise with internal department and customers.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the team with various administrative functions and contribute to daily operations.

Requirements:-

• Minimum SPM or relevant qualification in accounting or Diploma in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or in any other related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• With working experience is an advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
