Job Responsibility

Finance & Accounting

  • Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of company payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Accounts Management: Maintain and oversee financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Bookkeeping & Record-Keeping: Accurately document financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
  • Cash Flow & Budgeting: Assist in monitoring cash flow and supporting financial planning.
  • Audit & Compliance: Work with auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Administration & HR

  • General Office Administration: Manage office supplies, procurement, and administrative processes.
  • Payroll & HR Support: Assist in processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR compliance.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support hiring processes, onboarding new employees, and handling HR-related documentation.
  • Policy & Procedure Implementation: Help in maintaining company policies for smooth workflow and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist with operational tasks as needed, including supporting retail and internal coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, administration, or HR roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
