Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Supplier Payment

• Prepare timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any payment-related issues

Project Accounting

• Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate allocation of costs to projects and adherence to funding requirement.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fie
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Auto count or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Passion for working in the NGO sector and contributing to social impact initiatives.
