- To handle full set of accounts.
- Responsible for all financial and accounting matters.
- Monthly stock take.
- Stock order and issue purchase order to suppliers.
- Preparation of monthly sales report.
- Monitoring on marketing expenses.
- Monthly management accounting and cash flow control.
- Preparation of year end audit schedules and liaise with auditor / tax agent.
- Assist on Company event / preparation when needed.
- Performs other duties and add-hoc projects assigned by Superior from time to time.
- Degree in Accounting or Higher Diploma in Accounting
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred especially in a small to medium-sized company
- Proficient in using accounting software such as AutoCount and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Applicants must be willing to work in office in Jalan Pekaka, Kota Damansara, PJ
- Near MRT Kwasa Damansara with 5-8 minutes walk
