- Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Verify and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and petty cash
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and system improvements
- Perform any other ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks as required by management
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
