Account Executive

Cancer Research Malaysia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our mission-driven organisation by managing donation accounting, preparing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and assisting with fund utilisation to advance cancer research.

Key Responsibilitie

• Record and reconcile donations and receipts from multiple platforms
• Support monthly accounts, cash flow forecasts, and donor reporting
• Liaise with tax authorities and ensure compliance on tax-deductible donations
• Assist with grant reporting, audits, and process improvements
• Provide accounting support for both the organisation and its subsidiary

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or full set of accounts is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCount knowledge a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive learner with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
