Job Description

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE NEEDED

SALARY :
RM2,500 - RM3,000 ++

MAIN JOB SCOPE :
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and submit invoices (based on PO/JO)
• Assist with general office administration (filing, correspondence, etc.)
• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage corporate tax matters
• Perform payroll calculations including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and pro-rata where necessary
• Prepare tax reports upon request
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Prepare accounting summaries and reports

REQUIREMENTS :

• Knowledge in the accounting field
• Experience in using accounting system (SQL & others)
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage, but not compulsory)
• Fast learner / Willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and good working attitude
