Job Description
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE NEEDEDSALARY :
RM2,500 - RM3,000 ++
MAIN JOB SCOPE :
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit invoices (based on PO/JO)
- Assist with general office administration (filing, correspondence, etc.)
- Handle full set of accounts
- Manage corporate tax matters
- Perform payroll calculations including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and pro-rata where necessary
- Prepare tax reports upon request
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare accounting summaries and reports

REQUIREMENTS :
- Knowledge in the accounting field
- Experience in using accounting system (SQL & others)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (able to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage, but not compulsory)
- Fast learner / Willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions and good working attitude
