Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address any concerns, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and billing processes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential challenges or obstacles to customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance service offerings.
- Share client feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in Accounting at least 3 years and above.
- Proficiency in Autocount software and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Receivable / Payable clerk or similar role.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, minimum Diploma in Accounting.
