Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounting functions including preparing statutory and management financial reports etc.
• Prepare and monitor monthly closing, P&L Statement, reporting and financial analysis and accurately.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
• Assisting with account payable and account receivable,processing cash flow,invoices and expense reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities on internal and external matters and ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements.
• Maintaining financial records and documentation.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in Autocount Software would be added advantage
• Able to work independently and communicate well at all levels.
• Able to start work with short notice
