Job Summary :
We are looking for an Accounts Executive who is in charge of full set of Accounts,
routine processing of general invoices, handles queries from Tenants, prepares tenancy agreement
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of Accounts
- Prepare Rental Invoices, Car Park Invoices, Debit Note (Water & Electricity) to Tenants
- Prepare Tenancy Agreement / Letter of extension Tenancy Agreement
- Make sure all tenants paid the rental and season car park fee on time
- Prepare debtor collection report
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking and high-volume environment
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Someone with a diploma or degree in accounting / finance or related qualification may apply. Good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets.
