Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly management financial reports, budgets, forecasts & variance analysis.
  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Execute credit & collection procedures and minimize the bad debts risk.
  • Oversee the operations of the treasury department and forecast cashflow positions.
  • To prepare and coordinate the yearly audit schedule, documents and taxation matters with external auditor & tax department.
  • Assist in liaise with internal parties within the Company & Group of Company to gather and provide the information required.
  • Assist in other matters including system implementation, expense analysis and other ad hoc reports.

Qualifications & experience

  • Must possess a Diploma, Degree or other equivalent professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, AIA, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements with audit experience is preferred.
  • Meticulous and good analytical skills.
  • Committed with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different levels of counterparts.
  • Good organization and planning skills, resourceful with a high degree of professional integrity.
  • Positive working attitude and ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate and competent in MS Office applicants especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
