Position Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to responsible for daily account payable operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, and to maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking an Accounts Executive to responsible for daily account payable operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, and to maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily accounts payable transactional processes, including timely recording of expenses and accruals, prompt release of payments per payment terms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining good relationships with suppliers, and reconciling monthly statements of accounts from vendors with our records.
- Involved in month-end closing activities by preparing accounts payable-related journals, reconciling accounts payable schedules, and analyzing cost trends and variances.
- Coordinate and execute continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing accounts payable processes and improve efficiencies through better utilization of automated systems.
- Liaise with auditors for audit-related concerns and with tax consultants for tax-related matters.
- Undertake additional projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
- Support company carnivals and roadshows.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or any other professionally recognized qualification.
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Detailed-oriented and willing to take on challenges.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
