We're hiring! We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like
You will be responsible to assist your Immediate Superior in:
- Day-to-day managing a portfolio of account on claim related matters Monitor and
- up on unsettled claims promptly to ensure proper closure
- Handle the portfolio assigned independently
- Handle enquiries from internal and external parties within the agreed targeted turnaround time
- Assess and ensure claims processed by insurers/TPA are accurate
- Maintenance, updating and documentation in relation to clients' accounts
- Liaison with insurers with regards to policy and claims handling
- Any other duties assigned by Immediate Superior
KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRA)
- Client Facing Activities and Claims Supporting Role to the Team Leader
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Education & Qualifications/ Expected Experiences
- Degree and relevant working experience in the insurance industry of other industry managing sales and client interaction.
- Those with 2 years working experience and above would be considered favorably.
Skills & Knowledge
- Computer Skills (especially in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point)
