- 管理日常財務交易，包括收款和過帳應收帳款、上傳銷售發票至客戶入口網站、在月末結帳時產生和發送電子 SOA 及帳齡分析、過帳應付帳款和每月向供應商、公用事業、租金、稅金分期付款和任何其他每月付款；
- 確保準確及時地將所有財務交易記錄到會計系統中；
- 準備、核實和核對銀行對帳單；
- 協助維護總帳和日記帳分錄；
- 進出口運輸、與貨運代理聯絡、出貨文件以及與海外供應商和客戶的溝通；
- 協助在年終財務審計期間為外部審計師準備財務文件；
- 根據管理層的要求準備臨時報告和分析；
- 監控和控制現金流以確保財務穩定；
- 為遵守、監控和改善內部財務流程和控制提供支持，包括遵守 ISO 流程。
- 應徵者須具備會計資格，至少為LCCI會計文憑或同等學歷；
- 至少有2至3年會計主管或類似會計職位的工作經驗；
- 熟悉會計原則和財務法規；
- 熟練操作會計軟體並具備OBM軟體工作經驗者優先；
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Excel 和 Word 或 Google Sheet 和 Google Doc；
- 非常注重細節並具有解決問題的能力；
- 較強的組織和時間管理能力、職業道德、主動性和承諾；
- 能夠獨立工作，具有良好的分析能力和注重細節；
- 良好的溝通技巧，能夠有效地與供應商、客戶和內部團隊聯絡；
- 了解電子發票法規、指南和流程者優先。
