About the role


We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at DGSOL MARKETING' in Kuching, Sarawak. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their evolving needs, and delivering tailored marketing solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

This is a full-time position and will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our marketing campaigns.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges, and develop customised marketing strategies to address their needs
  • Coordinate the seamless delivery of marketing services, including campaign planning, content creation, media placement, and performance tracking
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide clients with insightful data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative and media, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your client accounts, contributing to the company's growth
  • Maintain detailed client records and generate regular progress reports

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an account management or client-facing role within the marketing/advertising industry
  • Strong understanding of the marketing landscape, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A passion for the industry and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their marketing objectives
