- A degree in Chemicals, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 18–24 months of experience in or related to the chemicals industry
- Proven success in consultative B2B sales, client engagement, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Navigate the full sales cycle and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize your sales approach
