Job Description
- Lead business development initiatives in East Malaysia, focusing on sales, revenue generation, and lead development.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to grow opportunities within named accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including directors and CXOs.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with major local and multinational companies.
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including targeted events.
- Analyze market trends and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT or telecommunications industry, with a strong professional network.
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of ICT solutions and services.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Is proactive, results-driven, and operates with high integrity.
- Willing to travel occasionally for business engagements
