Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment or digital marketing roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
  • Experience working with data to identify trends and performance insights.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.

As an Account Manager, you will build and cultivate relationships with customers to unlock incremental business. You will be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly engagement. You will also be responsible for in-quarter business growth and pipeline, including gaining an understanding of client business and marketing objectives, having a sense of Share of Wallet (SOW), finding key opportunities and pitching competitively. Along with our partner teams, including global business managers, insights analysts, specialists, platform teams, you will develop scalable and leading solutions for our customers in order to optimize advertising and maximize the use of Google products such as Search, Video and our suite of cross-platform solutions like Demand Generation and Performance Max Campaign (PMax).

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage and understanding of advertising and industry or vertical to protect and grow in-quarter business.
  • Execute tasks within the scope of the teams account plan, identifying customer needs and translating their objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, campaign expansion, product adoption and core account hygiene.
  • Provide data-oriented recommendations to clients, partner teams, and leadership. Utilize these insights to influence decisions, drive change, support customer growth, and align on project timelines.
  • Optimize campaigns based on client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive long-term growth. Support stakeholders in campaign optimization and facilitate internal networks to expedite and enhance campaign performance.
  • Partner with customers and enhance customer relationships in order to work towards mutual business objectives. Make contributions to building, growing, and maintenance of customer portfolios to help manage customers and to enhance long-lasting relationships.
