Account Officer

Position: Account Officer
Salary: RM2,300 (3 months probation)

• Perform and maintain accurate daily accounting financial records. Input and key in accounting transactions into accounting systems.
• Responsible for documents filling supports.
• Ensuring all payment vouchers and official receipts records are accurate.
• Handle bookkeeping and maintain a full set of books and accounts.
• Ensure prompt collection of receivables from customers.
• Prepare monthly payroll and submit monthly statutory contribution on time
• Perform bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations.
• Ad-hoc task and assignment when required.
• Liaise with external auditors and timely completion of year end statutory audit.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Acccounting.
• Proficiency in Autocount Accounting software, payroll system, and Microsoft Excel and words.
• Basic knowledge of E-Invoice
