What you'll do:

As an Account Payable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing invoices, handling payments, and managing travel and expense claims. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.   • Proven 2 years experience in accounts payable or similar role is essential
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are required
  • Proficiency to speak, read and write Mandarin is a must
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office is necessary
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal departments and external vendors
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
