- Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements.
- Manage daily banking operations, including liaising with banking institutions, maintaining accounts, and ensuring smooth cash flow management.
- Record and analyze basic accounting journal transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Review and process employee expense claims, verifying accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support the annual external audit process and assist in inventory stock checks to maintain accurate records and compliance.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team.
