Currently, our MNC client is looking for OTC / O2C professionals to join them in their DYNAMIC and CHANGE-EMBRACING Shared Services Center. Key responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full Order-to-Cash (OTC / O2C) process to meet performance goals and service level agreements.
  • Reconcile sales against collections and work closely with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve customer payment issues and manage the refund process.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts receivable.
  • Ensure all work is accurate, audit-ready and compliant with the Group’s accounting policies.
  • Perform regular AR and bank reconciliation audits to maintain internal control and reconciliation quality.
  • Liaise with banks and payment gateway providers to resolve external payment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clear unidentified income or expense items quickly.
  • Participate in process / continuous improvement projects and assist with transition activities including documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in the redesigning of finance processes and internal controls initiatives.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing reports and commentaries.
  • Manage and administer the bank reconciliation process using Blackline to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions and cash flow to the regional treasury team.
  • Post journals for banking-related items such as bank charges and forex gains/losses, and follow up where needed.
  • Work with other relevant regional stakeholders to streamline and improve cash & banking processes.
  • Support ongoing Treasury and shared services center projects as needed.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Key Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Finance / equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of full OTC / O2C working knowledge and processes.
  • Possess strong communication and articulation skills.
  • Proficient in using SAP and Blackline.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin for effective and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  • Having the experience of being in a fast-paced, high-transaction and dynamic environment is an added advantage.
