- Prepare and post accounting entries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and other related accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Compile and organize informations required for audits and tax filings.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient (spoken and written) in Mandarin and English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, as well as Google Sheets.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to details.
- Self-motivated, independent, and a team player.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
