What You Will Do
What You Will Do
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operational related task.
- Assist in performing the month end closing activities such as posting journal entries into the ERP system.
- Perform accounting data entry AP, AR, GL, Treasury & related works.
- Assist in issuing sales invoices / debit notes / credit notes from the billing requests.
- Assist in receiving & processing vendor invoices & payment processing.
- Assist in performing reconciliation & accounting schedules.
- Assist with filing, data entry, recording & maintaining accurate & complete financial records.
- Work closely with the Finance team to compile & analyze data & track information.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or any other relevant field.
- Good understanding of Accounting / Finance / Tax.
- A minimum internship duration of 3 months is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong oral & written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, organized & possess good communication skills.
- Positive personality with professional behavior.
