Job Description :
Accounting Junior Executive
Assist in managing client accounts by entering data and updating records.
Responsible for daily bank balance updates to ensure financial accuracy.
Support Senior Account Executives with inbound and outbound shipment processing and invoicing.
Handle routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle ad-hoc from superior.

Accounting Senior Executive
Supervise and mentor Junior Account Executives, providing guidance and support.
Manage the processing of inbound and outbound shipments, including invoicing and order management.
Oversee full set accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial records.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor daily account operations, including bank balance updates and data entry.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirement:
Account Junior Executive
Diploma in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 1 years of relevant work experience, with basic accounting and administrative skills.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is a plus.

Account Senior Executive
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, with full set accounting experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Ability to lead and train junior staff effectively.
