Job Description

Accountabilities:Credit Assessment:

• Operationalised credit assessment strategies and oversee the effectiveness and efficiency in
  
  
  

delivery of credit assessment operations for designated portfolios.

• Lead credit assessment performance reviews/default analysis and drive improvements
  
  
  

through transparent credit risk management metrics.

• Provide expertise and inputs to formulate credit assessment strategy based on business
  
  
  

risk appetite leveraging on system capabilities and strong process understanding.

• Perform deep dive for designated countries/markets to identify areas for improvement
  
  
  

towards stronger working capital management and operational efficiencies.

• Perform in-depth analysis of credit risk drivers in portfolio assigned and deliver impactful
  
  
  

business solutions to manage credit risk/support business growth.

• Lead credit risk discussion forums and engagements with stakeholders for timely
  
  
  

performance review and resolve issues relating to credit assessment operations.

• Applies and share knowledge and understanding of credit assessment best practice in
  
  
  

resolving complex issues.Subject Matter Expert ("SME"):

• Be the subject matter expert for all matters relating to credit assessment in both GSAP, H3
  
  
  

and High Radius systems for assigned portfolios.

• Support delivery and implementation of CVA Integrated Process Plan ("IPP") initiatives for
  
  
  

designated portfolios.

• Support delivery of business driven projects impacting Business Mobility teams in East.
• Lead/support local continuous improvement/digitalization initiatives for designated
  
  
  

portfolios.

• Deliver standardised onboarding and training for all credit assessment analyst/associates as
  
  
  

part of standard SME accountabilities.

• Contribute to capability building through peer coaching of fellow credit assessment
  
  
  

analyst/associates to formulate solutions for issues relating to credit risk

management/operations.

• Identify inconsistencies in the process; ensure that work instructions provided by central PE
  
  
  

team is updated from time to time by providing inputs for changes based on what is observed

from Go Sees on the ground in line with compliance rules and design of process.

• Lead sub-process networks and participate actively in Super User ("SU") Networks to ensure
  
  
  

sharing of knowledge/best practices across East.

• Support right recruitment of new joiners in CVA
• Validate best-practice improvement opportunities submitted in Fit 4
• Cultivate learning from incidents, ensure LFIs are raised and learnings are consistently shared
  
  
  

with proper causal learning

• Thai speaker
• Strong accounting background
• Strong aptitude for managing processes and driving towards best-in-class process performance
• A passion for learning soft and leadership skills
• Passion for coaching is highly desired
