Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibility

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in e-invoicing implementation, handle routine submission of e-invoice, documents filing, and the related work.
• Perform all accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Input accounts payable and payment data into the accounting system after obtaining all necessary approvals.
• Maintain and manage petty cash records, ensuring compliance with the company's rules and regulations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including accruals and prepayments.
• Compile and present a monthly expenses summary report (covering travel, telecommunication, and entertainment) for management review.
• Liaise with auditors regarding annual audit matters and provide necessary documentation.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of relevant accounting work experience.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
