Accounts Assistant

About Us:
Auasia Agrotech Sdn Bhd is a growing organization dedicated to excellence in agriculture technologies. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic finance & accounting team.

Responsibilities:
• Daily Accounting data entry and bookkeeping
• Assist on month end closing and monthly reporting.
• Assist in stock take (monthly/ yearly), counting, tracking and reconciling stock differences.
• Any other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.
• To ensure the overall activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
• To perform other duties or activities as assigned by Superior and/or Management as and when required.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or related field.

- Working Experience:

• Knowledge of UBS accounting systems.
• Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel & Word.
• Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure.
