We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll manage a full set of accounts and play a key part in our month-end closing processes.

What you'll do:

• Assist in full set of accounts and perform month end closing.
• Resolves accounting & financial issues.
• Manage account receivable and verifying accuracy of information.
• To prepare monthly account and various report to the management.
• Assist the daily accounting activities required to ensure timely and accurate reporting of management accounts in compliance with Company approved policies.
• Able to perform multi-task and assist in ad-hoc duties when required.

What we need from you:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience in Navision system would be an advantage.
• Results-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
