Accounts Assistant and Administrator
- Prepare all necessary documentation for each car sold by sales staff.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure transactions are up-to-date and accurate.
- Update the cashbook daily and have a solid understanding of Excel for report updates.
- Manage debtor and creditor accounts, prepare customer invoices, and enter supplier invoices into the system.
- Organize and properly file financial documents and car files, including client records.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks, such as documentation, filing, correspondence, courier arrangements, and document collection.
- Liaise with external parties, including brokers, bankers, customers, suppliers, and government officials, via phone or email.
- Provide prompt responses to the director and superiors through phone or email.
- Perform additional duties and urgent tasks as assigned by management.
- Available to start work immediately and prioritize tasks effectively.
