Accounts Assistant / Executive

Responsibility

• Responsible for AR, AP, GL, and daily accounting operations; full set of accounts is preferable.
• Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly, as well as maintain proper filing of documents.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate and liaise with related departments, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely, updated, and accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Min SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• Be independent and have initiative, with problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.
• Possessed related working experiences is preferable.
• Can communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate is more advantageous
• Good attitude and willing to learn
