職責與責任：

帳單和發票

  • 將收入/銷售發票從 BoxTop 匯出到 Info Tech
  • 準備、產生並向客戶/顧客發送所提供商品或服務的電子發票，確保帳單金額、條款和到期日的準確性
  • 更新海外代理商/本地供應商發票的智慧表


應計及成本分錄

  • 準確地將應計費用/成本輸入 BoxTop 或電子表格，確保與海外代理商和本地供應商相關的所有記錄都是最新且準確的


供應商帳戶驗證

  • 承擔行政管理工作；領取支票/領取文件
  • 核實運輸商、MAB、Pos Aviation、GTR 和其他相關供應商的供應商帳戶，以確保所有帳單和付款記錄都是最新的


資格：

  • 學歷：高中文憑或同等學歷；金融或相關專業優先
  • 經驗：有結算、應收帳款或類似職位經驗者優先
  • 技能：高度重視細節和準確性
  • 熟練使用會計軟體、BoxTop 和 Microsoft Office Suite（Excel、Word 等）
  • 優秀的組織和時間管理能力
  • 良好的書面和口頭溝通能力
  • 能夠謹慎處理敏感資訊
  • 會計原則基礎知識


身體需求：

  • 能夠長時間坐著使用電腦或處理文書工作
  • 能夠有效率地處理文件、文書工作和文件能夠在壓力下工作並處理多項優先事項並主動
