Job Responsibilities

  • Process employee expense claims for ASEAN markets
  • Verify accuracy and compliance of submitted claims
  • Reconcile monthly expense claims reports and statements
  • Input claim data manually into Excel and finance system
  • Assist in automation and streamlining of the claims process
  • Prepare and issue cheques for approved claims
  • Check and verify invoices for accuracy before processing
  • Post journal entries into the accounting system
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end and ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Minimum Diploma in LCCI or accounting qualification
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Five day work week in office is required.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated, have an eye for detail and numbers, able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
