- Process employee expense claims for ASEAN markets
- Verify accuracy and compliance of submitted claims
- Reconcile monthly expense claims reports and statements
- Input claim data manually into Excel and finance system
- Assist in automation and streamlining of the claims process
- Prepare and issue cheques for approved claims
- Check and verify invoices for accuracy before processing
- Post journal entries into the accounting system
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Minimum Diploma in LCCI or accounting qualification
- Able to start work immediately.
- Five day work week in office is required.
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, have an eye for detail and numbers, able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
