Responsibilities

Vacancy 1:
To maintain, update and reconcile general ledger system with accurate financial data.
To prepare, analyse financial data and assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities.
To manage and oversee account payable as well as to prepare report and reconcile account payable ledger.
To monitor and manage account receivable as well as to review client credit risk.
To identify, implement and support process improvement of general ledger, account payable and account receivable operations to enhance accuracy.
Vacancy 2:
To oversee inventory valuation and to ensure costing of products comply with accounting standard.
To track, record project cost and expenses and prepare report on the financial performance.
To analyse budget variances and to prepare report on cost performance and recommendation action.
To ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and company policies and to assist internal and external auditing exercise.
To be responsible in arranging yearly stock count activity.

Requirements

Hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Excellent communication skill, negotiation and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
A team player and possess a good teamwork with great leadership attributes.
