Accounts Executive

Job Description:

1st position – Accounts Executive (x1)

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Ensure timely submission of Monthly Management Accounts before deadline.
• Account Receivables: Raise monthly billings to customers, key customer collections, send out monthly Statement of Account and monitor overdue collections.
• Account Payables: Record the suppliers’ invoice and staff claims with sufficient supporting documents and process the payment timely and accurately.
• Monitor cranes and lorries inspection, insurance and road tax renewal.
• To compute company’s tax computation, 6th and 9th month revised tax estimation.
• Undertake other related jobs as directed by superior on adhoc basis.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate with at least (3) year of working experiences in Accounting/Auditing.
• Candidate with knowledge in Rental of Crane & Machineries industry will be added advantage.
• Candidate must at least with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Well versed in Auto count Accounting System.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, AutoCount .
• A good team player and able to work independently to solve their daily necessities.

2nd position – Accounts Executive (x1)

• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly management accounts.
• Record the suppliers’ invoice and staff claims with sufficient supporting documents and process the payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure expenses/project development / construction costs are recognized and classified in accordance to the company's accounting policies
• Update the payment process control sheet
• Ensure that all financial related transactions are properly updated and recorded timely.
• Maintain proper filling of account documents for record keeping
• Undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate with at least (2) year of working experiences in Accounting/Auditing Industry.
• Candidate with Construction and F&B industries knowledge with be added advantage.
• Candidate must at least with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Well versed in Auto count Accounting System.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, AutoCount .
• A good team player and able to work independently to solve their daily necessities.
